If all IP's that are being logged are just Yahoo servers and not the actuall IP of the visitors to your site, you might want to try to replace
$_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR']by$_SERVER['HTTP_YAHOOREMOTEIP']incount.phpandwrite_logs.php.In case of any issue, have a look at your environment variables in phpinfo(). Find the _SERVER variable that shows your true IP and try using that one if you are having similar problems.
